What a crazy last two days!

I have finally finished digging myself out. What a crazy amount of snow!! It sucked even more when my power went out yesterday but lucky it came on late last evening. I had to go out today for a small bit but I have to say the parkway SUCKS still and there are a LOT of roads still bad. I don't suggest anyone really go anywhere today. The people on the roads seem to have a problem realizing how bad the roads really are. People driving slow on good roads and driving to fast and up my ass on the bad roads. Getting some cabin fever here though... grrrr Be careful everyone!!

I was just about to check road conditions online and maybe venture to the Robinson area for some fun and Super Bowl! (cabin fever) Thanks for this post about the area roads!

i went to altoona today the roads are clean up there they do a better job with the roads up there than they do here the closer i got on the way back to pittsburgh the worse the roads were

haha - if you listen to almost every news station around - all the highway crews are begging for people to still stay off the roads - -there is still a lot of work to do - - in watching the news still cant figure out WTF people were doing out late friday night

I went out yesterday to make connect a furnace to a generator for a relative and to transport some other relatives there to get warm. I was driving a large four wheel drive SUV and it took me an hour to go six miles. I was glad that I was on back roads and not the highway because the speed of traffic was much lower. There was so much snow and ice on the roads that it felt like I was driving on an old dirt road.
